Cancellation Policy
-Must cancel at least before 24 hours of appointment time. If client no shows or cancels within less than 24 hours of appointment time then 100% service(s) booked will be charged.
If you are running late, please notify me asap. If I cannot adjust my schedule, then you will cut into your fill time.
-Appointments will be held for a 15 minute grace period, after which will be considered a "No Show" incurring a 100% service(s) booked cancellation fee.
- If an allergic reaction occurs, you must come back no later than 3 days (the sooner the better) for a removal at no charge. No refund will be given if patch test is denied. If patch test was done and a delayed reaction happens, 40% of service(s) will be refunded
**Booking and deposit sent means that you have read ALL policies. All new first time clients will have to sign a client consent form.
-All services, cancellation fees, deposits and no show fee's are NON-REFUNDABLE
-No appointment is booked until $50 deposit is sent via zelle to chungdalynae@gmail.com - this deposit will be used towards your service
